Overflow Conference '26

We are excited to take the Base Youth to the Overflow Conference at Braeside camp this year! This means we will be camping out in tents on the site of the conference.

Our camp will be managed by Base Youth staff and volunteers. Meals will be provided by our team on site.

WHAT'S INCLUDED in registration:
- Ticket to the conference
- All meals on Saturday, May 23rd
- Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday, May 24th 
- Overnight Camping 
- Transportation to and from the conference

Friday

• 3:45 - Meet at City Center (100 Fergus Ave)
• 4:00pm - Vehicles Leave (pack a dinner)
• 6:30pm - Tent opens
• 6:45pm - Pre Show
• 7:30pm - General Session 1
• 9:30pm (estimation) service ends - Head back to Campsite

Saturday

• 7:00am - Wake up call
• 7:45am - Breakfast
• 9:15am - Tent open
• 9:30am - Pre Show
• 10:00am - General Session 2
• 12:15pm - Lunch Break - 
• 1:30pm - Activities & Workshops
• 4:30pm - Dinner Break 
• 6:00pm - Tent Open
• 6:30pm - Pre Service Prayer
• 7:00pm - General session 3
• 9:00pm (estimation)- Head back to Campsite

Sunday

• 7:00am- Wake up call 
• 7:45am- Breakfast 
• 9:30am- Tent open 
• 10:00am- General Session 4
• 12:15pm (estimation)- Lunch 
• 1:00pm- Head back to City Center
• 2:00pm- Arrive back at City Center
